For hygiene reasons, magnetic eyelashes cannot be returned or exchanged if
the packaging has been opened or used.

The massage device can only be returned if it is sealed/unused, in accordance with applicable law.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email to comenzi@quartzbeautyboutique.ro
 with photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.

6. Product Use and Liability

Our magnetic eyelashes and massage devices are for external use only. Do not use them if you have allergies to any of the listed materials.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or misuse of
our products. Always perform a patch test before full application.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.

Currently, we deliver only within Romania.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding
holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM will
be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

FAST delivery in 2-3 business days at a price of 19 RON.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with an AWB number.

Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened
or used lash products.

The massage device can only be returned if it is sealed/unused, in accordance with current legislation.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 3 days of
delivery for a refund or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging
and in new condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless
the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within
3 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
