For hygiene reasons, magnetic eyelashes cannot be returned or exchanged if
the packaging has been opened or used.

 with photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding
holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM will
be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

FAST delivery in 2-3 business days at a price of 19 lei.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with an AWB number.

Unopened and unused products can be returned within 3 days of
delivery for a refund or exchange. The product must be in its original
packaging and in new condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

3 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
